Table Rental Information
NEW FOR 2022: This year when you begin registration you will first select between two options: Bring Your Own table/chairs OR a table rental (RENTAL) package. Guests opting for the rental package will have their table and chairs setup and waiting for them at the venue. Your group will sit at a single, 50' long table with space allocated for you and your guest.
The rental package does NOT include items placed on top of the table such as a table cloth, napkins, place settings, decor, food or beverages. Everyone at your selected departure points will either rent their table/chair or will provide their own table/chairs. There is no mixing of options within a departure point.
